  Great activities available you have 2 timeshares for the price one. Split level ,use one to trade the other to stay. Two golf courses one very challenging the other user friendly. Complete winter activity, canoeing and kayaking on the Shenadoah river,and of course the waterpark. By being a owner you can use all activities at a reduced price whether you stay there or not. You can also stay in one of the hotels on site for a owners price. Unfortunately my dad passed and my mom is unable to travel any more so I’m helping to sell the place. Many good times were spent there.

  Lovely four-season resort nestled in the beautiful, quiet, and safe Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Conveniently located near the Shenandoah National Park, James Madison University in Harrisonburg and UVA in Charlottesville, VA. Seller will cover closing costs and will pay for 2027 maintenance fees, as well. New owner has the opportunity to enjoy a FREE week , for up to six people, in 2026 AND 2027.   We have owned the Summit at Massanutten since 2008. Renovations to units were competed at the end of 2022. Lots of activities offered at this 4 season resort all ages to enjoy.   This unit is a lock out which is the equivalent of two 2BR units. It gives you the option of using one 2BR unit and banking the other to go other places or use both units for family gatherings. The Summit is next to the ski slopes. One unit has a full kitchen and the second unit has a partial kitchen.

  In the beautiful historic Shenandoah Valley. We have Two units in week 43, even years. You can use both, or bank one or both. Each unit equals 13 points if you wish to bank and use points through RCI. We love Massanutten and go there often but health issues have caught up with us. This week has beautiful fall colors. Golf. Skiing, the water park and the whole valley make Massanutten a great get away for families. Many wonderful wineries are nearby. you will love it.

  We have used this resort for many years, during all the seasons and never been disappointed. There is always so much to do!! Enjoy the skiing, snow boarding, ice skating, pools, water parks, restaurants and bars. There is always something to do. Snuggle by the fireplace, watch the snow..even if it doesn't snow, they make their own snow!! It's a great place for families to gather and enjoy each other.
