Week 16 two-bedroom Penthouse Suite. This is a FIXED WEEK contract. No hassles getting a reservation or getting a less desirable week with a floating contract. The weather is almost perfect each year in April. Spring Break is basically over so the town is not as crowded.
Main bedroom has a king bed and a huge bathroom including jacuzzi and double walk-in showers. Second bedroom has two queen beds and its own private bath. There is a third bathroom off the living room, plus a queen size murphy bed in an alcove off the kitchen.
Fifth floor view from the large terrace overlooks one of the large pools and looks straight out to the Pacific Ocean. Easy ten-minute walk to the marina and central Cabo san Lucas. The resort's shuttle will take you to their sister resorts Playa Grande and Grand Solmar Rancho san Lucas, where you will enjoy full member privileges at their pools and restaurants.
Listed price INCLUDES transfer fee (10% of original purchase price).
Buyer to pay maintenance fees for 2026. The exact amount has not been posted. 2025 maintenance fees were $1615. However, I am listing this unit for rent in 2026. If this week has been rented by the time of purchase, new owner will have to respect that 2026 week will not be available for use, and new owner will obviously not be responsible for 2026 maintenance fees.
