Marriott's Desert Springs Villas

The listed price is for seven nights (4/23/26 through 4/27/26) for both units (2 bedroom unit, includes a lock-out unit) during the StageCoach music festival at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California (this is about 30 minutes from the festival). This listing is for a two bedroom unit on the golf course of the Marriot Spring Villas in Palm Desert. They are 2 adjoining units both with separate entrance and patios. See below for exact layout. If you want to rent the units separately, I can arrange that. Check in is after 3pm and check out time anytime before 11am.

This listing is for a two bedroom condo style unit with a lockout unit that has its own entrance, bathroom with whirlpool tub, mini fridge, microwave, couch that pulls into a bed, King sized bed and private patio. The Main Unit has a fully equipped large kitchen with everything (silverware, plate ware, glassware, pots, pans, microwave, oven, blender, coffee maker, cups and just about anything you will need, A large living room area with a large table and chairs, a large sectional couch with pull out bed, large flat screen TV, fireplace, phone, music player, air conditioning, private patio, nice king sized bed in an enclosed bedroom, a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub, washer and dryer, a large patio with loungers and chairs, free parking (lots of covered spaces) and free internet access.

The Property is the Marriott Spring Villas in Palm Desert. This is secured gated luxury resort in a beautiful part of town.

Property amenities

On the property you have free access to all pools (several of them), several BBQ’s that you can do your own cooking on, a nice gym, poolside bars, al fresco dining, 18 hole golf course and several tennis courts are also available for an extra fee and require reservations. The facility is right next to the Marriott Hotel itself and close to the Coachella music festival and downtown Palm Springs.

This is an absolutely beautiful luxurious property central to everything. This is also a concierge available in the main lobby for any help you may need with things to do in the area. There is a small snack and nick-knack store and a sandwich shop with a patio on property. There are grocery stores and great restaurants just a 5 minute drive away.

*Rules:

There is NO housekeeping during your stay although you are welcome to request new towels. Service can be requested for a fee. There is also towels available poolside. If you desire to have your room made up and cleaned every day there is an extra charge for that. At the end of your stay please leave the room fairly clean (no need to make beds) just tidy up, and take out your trash upon leaving. There are plenty of dumpsters around for disposal. FOR THE MAIN UNIT Only-not the studio unit) I ask that you please put any dirty dishes in the dish washer, run it, and return them to where you found them as best you can.

There are absolutely NO pets of any kind allowed. Smoking is only allowed in limited areas. Absolutely no smoking of anything inside/patio/around this unit or there will be a fine.

The fine print:

Upon full payment I will have your name and information transferred to the reservation and you will receive a copy of that contract. Getting these documents can take up to 7 days, usually less, and I will send them to you as soon as I receive the updated contract..

There are upper and lower units and I cannot guarantee which one you will be assigned. If you have a preference or special needs please let me know ASAP and I will do my best to accommodate them.

You will be fully financially responsible for any damage to the unit or property.
