This is a 2 B/R lockout unit. It features 2 2 B/R suite with king size bed in the master bedroom which is on the 2nd floor. The mater B/R offers a walk-in shower and a whirlpool jetted. The downstairs 2nd B/R has a king size bed. Each room offers a full bathroom in the master bedroom, a full bathroom with a tub/shower in the 2nd bedroom, and a washroom off the living room. The suite also offers 3 additional queen-size sofa sleepers (one on the 2nd floor and 2 on the first floor). The suite includes a full kitchen, a partial kitchen, and a spacious living room with a seasonal gas fireplace and a stacked washer/dryer. The suite is equipped with a/c, flat screen TV, 2 private porches, and a private balcony. Unit has interior stairs to master bedroom & washer/dryer.

  Walking distance to so much, just a short distance to downtown. Love the large unit, sleeps 10, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two nice pools, spa and a great little workout room. The team is always pleasant and efficient. The laundry is just an extra bonus right inside the unit.

  This beautiful resort is nestled in the heart of Sedona. This 2 bedroom unit contains all of the comforts of home. The kitchen is well outfitted. There are grills available on the grounds. Hiking trails are nearby as well as casual and gourmet restaurants. The resort employees are pleasant and helpful.

Both bedrooms have very comfortable King Size beds. There’s a balcony off the bedroom with two chairs as well as a large loft area with a sleeper sofa, end tables. Units away from pool are a lot quieter. Staff really helpful and friendly.
  Great BBQ area behind office. Three hot tubs (two adults only), Guests here can use the facilities for the sister resort right next door. There is an indoor pool for the winter. Has a nice gym over the office.
  No Timeshare presentation offered!!!
  Free Wi-Fi, Wifi was good, but not enough for streaming.
  No resort fees charged. What you see is what you pay
  Centrally located, (Safeway is just a mile away), great place for a base camp for Sedona, Between Coffee Pot Trail and the Airport, if you are not out hiking and sight seeing then you are missing Sedona.
  Early June is an amazing time to go. Warm in the 80's and Sedona is not too busy yet. Easter and July are peak times
