Divi Village Golf Resort is located across the street from the ocean. Buildings face the ocean, but lower level units may have obstructed ocean views.

The resort is a Golf resort with its own 9 hole golf course. • Located in the “Low Rise” area, less activity at night than the “High Rise” area but taxis are cheap and the buses run to the high-rise district and downtown all day long and into the night. • The unit is on the ground floor with a patio overlooking the landscaped wade-in pool area, great for non-swimmers, small children and us “old” kids. No stairs or steps. • The pool is quite extensive meandering thru the resort, under a bridge, to a swim-up bar ending at the infinity end overlooking the golf course. • Ocean is just across the road, a 5 min walk or “golf cart style” free shuttle ride and NOT crowded • One bed unit with 2 baths and fold down couch in the living room for 2 more guests. • Has Kitchen, dining area, living area with stacking washer dryer and a dishwasher • Really nice unit The quoted price DOES NOT INCLUDE nominal fees that the Divi or taxes that will be charged to you for your stay
