Best of both worlds having the tranquility of a gated community but within a 10 minute walk of the marina and downtown Cabo with all its atmosphere and excitement. This unit is 50 yards from the Pacific. This penthouse overhangs a gorgeous pristine beach. You can fall asleep to the sound of the surf or close the door to enjoy the air-conditioning.

We have a very detailed lease agreement. 2 Bedroom/3 Full Bath PH Suite - 2,900 Sq Ft - (Sleeps 8) King in the Master, 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a comfortable full-size Murphy bed in the Living Room area. The living area is extensive and can easily accommodate all guests with room to spare. In March there is great whale watching right from your spacious balcony. The resort is meticulously maintained by a very friendly and well trained staff. There are 3 wonderful restaurants on site including swim up bars in some of the 7 pools.
