Owner´s note: Our unit is on the 3rd floor with a direct ocean view. There is a balcony and a wonderful place to sit and watch the beach/ocean. Our building sits approximately 100 feet from the ocean. Beach grass and sand are between the building and beach, Island Club offers tennis, pickle ball, a pool and hot tub.
