Owner's Notes - Your second floor Unit #41 is unique with a two-burner stove top in the kitchen, only one of four units with stove-tops in the entire timeshare complex...A great ocean view from the second floor deck and a great week on the Cape with little left over vacation traffic throughout all the "beautiful little villages" there. Wonderful huge covered outdoor swimming venue right on the beach and a great exercise facility off the pool area. Outdoor BBQ cooking facilities near the pool complex. Ice machine and laundry area on the second floor.

Ocean Club on Smuggler's Beach offers both one-bedroom and two-bedroom units capable of sleeping up to four and six individuals respectively. Both configurations are equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette, fully-furnished balcony, flat-screen TV's, living area, granite countertops and tile-surrounded fireplace. Every unit is furnished in an authentic nautical style, perfectly setting the stage for a perfect Cape Cod vacation, and many offer ocean views.
