Maui has so much more than just spectacular sunsets and white sand beaches. Visit the Hale Kohola Whale Museum at Whalers Village to learn about Lahaina's whaling history. The Carthaginian II, a 93-foot brig docked in Lahaina Harbor, is also a colorful maritime museum. Ride the 1890s-vintage Lahaina- Kaanapali & Pacific Railroad "Sugarcane Train," which once shuttled sugar between Kaanapali and Lahaina.   Tucked into a cozy corner located in Napili Bay is this beautiful condo complex. Having each unit be 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms made it an easy choice for bringing our whole family. A stocked large kitchen made for easy meal making and clean up. Being able to do laundry mid week in the unit made for less items to be packed and more room for souvenirs to bring home. Private courtyard with pool and BBQ made it a quiet retreat from a beautiful day at the beach. Napili Bay has a little something for everybody. Beautiful views, walking paths, tide pools, body surfing, snorkeling, restaurants and more. We love it so much, it’s a condo and bay we come back to every year.

  I am a 20+ year owner of multiple use weeks at this property and have visited this little slice of paradise for the past 30 years. This low-key, family-friendly property is located only about 150 steps from magnificent Napili Bay, a popular destination for local Maui residents for swimming, snorkeling and soaking up the sun. Strategically located with easy access to restaurants, grocery store and other conveniences, One Napili Way truly is "no ka oi."

Very nice pool area & great beach & not a lot of people there! Take a look at it if you are in the area! It is a beautiful landscaped condo & inside is kept very well.   This is a wonderful small complex just steps from Napili Beach and a short walk from some of Maui's best snorkeling at Kapalua Beach (very difficult to find parking sometimes if you're not staying nearby.) We've rented here three times and keep going back whenever we visit Maui. If we'd bought the timeshare the first time we visited it would have paid for itself by now. Friendly staff and guests. Close to Roy's and not too far from Lahaina. Can't beat the three bedrooms if you're traveling with family.

  We stayed in September of 2025. The three bedroom two bath condo was outstanding. The kitchen had marble countertops. The bathrooms were spacious with double sinks and nicely decorated. It was very clean with plenty of towels. All the units are within steps of the pool and hot tub. The condo itself was a 2-minute walk to the most beautiful beach we've been to in Hawaii and we've been to a dozen. Napili Bay Beach is stunningly beautiful and the snorkeling was excellent. It's easy to get to the grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

  We've been regularly going to One Napili Way for about 20 years. We love the out of the way location away from the larger busy resorts. Spacious 3 bedroom units are not very common and it has worked great for having larger family groups or friends with us.
