The Edelweiss

Located in the heart of the Big Sky Mountain Ski and Summer Resort, this mountain gem in its majestic setting offers the perfect wilderness retreat. In winter, you are steps away from the slopes, and the area offers numerous winter activities including snowbaording, snowmobiling and snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and more. Adjacent to the resort is the Anapurna Swim Center, with an indoor pool and several hot tubs, which become a popular socializing spot for apres-ski folks. Shuttle service is available to and from the swim center. Located below the mountain is the town of Whitefish at the northern end of Flathead Valley in Northwestern Montana. Here you'll find dining, shopping, and other activities such as fishing, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, hiking, and mountain biking. Glacier National Park, known for its breathtaking views and abundant wildlife, is less than an hour away.
