  • Perennial Vacation Club at Tahoe Village

    Stateline, Nevada

High atop the rim of the Tahoe Basin on the eastern slope of the Sierra Nevada, Perennial Vacation Club at Tahoe Village offers a cozy mountain getaway with all the seasons in its favor. Whether it’s winter snow or summer sunshine, there’s plenty to do nearby: Heavenly Ski Resort’s lifts are less than a mile away, and acres of hiking, biking, and forest trails lie just outside your door. On property, guests will find picnic and barbecue areas, a communal hot tub, and seasonal pool access, making it easy to relax after a day of alpine adventure.

Units are warmly appointed, cabin-style condominiums available in one, two, or three bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to eight in some layouts. Each condo features a full kitchen (or at least a well-equipped kitchenette), full bath(s), living and dining space, flat-screen TV, cable, DVD player, complimentary Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities. Many units include fireplaces and private decks or patios to take in mountain views or soothe tired muscles after a ski day. Interior décor leans toward rustic charm with wood touches, cozy furnishings, and the feeling of being nestled in the woods.

Tahoe is a year-round destination, and this resort puts you in range of it all. In winter, enjoy downhill skiing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, and the festive glow of nearby casinos. Summer brings lake fun—boating, parasailing, swimming, windsurfing—plus hiking in Desolation Wilderness, exploring Emerald Bay, or relaxing by the lake’s beaches. Dining, shopping, and entertainment are close by in Stateline and around Lake Tahoe’s South Shore. With mountain views, fresh air, and a relaxed pace, Perennial Vacation Club at Tahoe Village makes an excellent home base for every Tahoe mood.
