Hyatt Sunset Harbor Resort

We stayed in a 2 1/2 bath 2 bedroom. Bedrooms were upstairs which were great plenty of room, bathrooms were spacious. Location was great just blocks away from Duvall, Walked or biked everywhere. Pool area was nice plenty of chairs and landscape was beautiful. So overall great place to stay, now the downsides Kitchen was a 2 on scale of 10. No drawers for silverware, in fact no drawers at all. There was one that you could fit a knife in but had to open the fridge to access the drawer. So silverware you had to store in wall cabinet. No cutting board! Pot and pans were ok. The dishwasher wasn’t mounted so every time you loaded it and pulled top rack out, the whole dishwasher would want to fall out. So if you are one to eat OUT breakfast, lunch. And dinner you will be fine. If you plan on cooking be patient. Laundry was not in room, it was on same floor but for all to share. We are veterans in key west and overall would stay here again, just a little adjustment as always when you are not in your own home.

The BEST location in Key West. 2 minute walk to Mallory Square, Sloppy Joe's and Duval Street bars and shopping. Bike rack outside the resort or park your car, scooter, or golf cart in the garage next door.

We have stayed at this property many times and it our favorite. The location cannot be beat. Steps away from Mallory Square, Duval Street and bars/restaurants. The pool is beautiful with a full-on view of the ocean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Perfect location to explore key west. Convenient parking garage next door or explore the city with no car, everything is in walking distance. Amazing sunset views ♥️

Celebrated Christmas in Key West!

Our villa had an unobstructed ocean view with stunning sunsets and a townhouse-style layout that provides extra privacy and space compared to traditional resort units. The additional half bath (toilet, sink AND shower) made all the difference with two teenage girls. We had a great time canvas painting with Petra at the resort and parasailing on Christmas morning. Parking was only $35 for the entire stay. We only had a car for a few days so we could go to Big Pine Key and Pigeon Key. Definitely a must do vacation!

The villa (513) offered luxury, space, and location that hotels simply can’t match during the holidays. The luxury hotel next door was much more expensive for a tiny hotel room, no kitchen, etc.
