  The possibilities are endless at this luxury resort. Stay and enjoy the swimming pools, the activities or walking trails. Enjoy shopping at Fashion Island and other premier locations. Hit the beach or drive 25 minutes to Disneyland. Take a day trip to San Diego or to Hollywood. Make home cooked meals in your expansive kitchen or enjoy fine dining across Orange County.   My family and I have enjoyed going to Marriott's Newport Coast Villas for over 15 years. The breathtaking views, the refreshing swimming pools, ping pong, billiards, oversized chess boards, workout facilities, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts make this resort very family friendly with so much to do!! The Fourth of July is the most fun, with arts and crafts near the main pool, hot dogs and hamburgers, and some very cool activities throughout the day. Check out the Activity Center for some really cool things to do with the family, including videos, books and board games. You can check out umbrellas for a small daily fee for the beach and shuttle to Crystal Cove Beach. You don't have to leave the resort to watch the Fireworks display. You can see these from pretty much anywhere in the resort. One year, we saw Laguna's, Newport's and Huntington Beach's fireworks from our balcony all at once! You can take Marriott's shuttle to Fashion Island and Crystal Cove (as previously mentioned). This is a perfect vacation villa that accomodates up to 8 people. No pets allowed.

  We have stayed at the Marriott's Newport Coast Villas many times and have always enjoyed our stay. There are several large pools including one for young families and one "quiet" pool for those not wanting the noise. There are no lock-offs so everyone gets a full kitchen with dishes and pans. There are two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath with a shower. The second bath shares the bathroom with the living room and has a shower/tub combo. The living room and both bedrooms have a large flat-screen TV. There is an in-unit washer/dryer set and an ironing board. We expect to return again and again. Maybe we will see you there!

  My family has stayed at Newport Coast Resort for the last 8 years and have never been disappointed. The activities offered and the location is ideal for Southern California fun! The ocean is walking distance and sometimes we get a beautiful ocean view. This luxury at its finest.
