  We have stayed at the Residence Tower every year for the past 5 years (omitting 2 years during COVID). Absolutely love it. The elevator comes to your unit. One of the highlight is the full kitchen, washer and dryer in the service room, and service room access for the staff to come and clean every day. There are 2 balconies - one Ocean facing and one facing the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. The space expands to one half of the entire floor of the building. Access to the Residence Building is only for Residents. You have access to a private pool area and Jacquzzi on the rooftop with a private restaurant. When we have been there, we have had maybe 2-3 other families on the rooftop. Grocery delivery has been great - they come and deliver all your groceries. The on-site 'Mall' area has everything to offer from fresh produce to meats to all kinds of food and beverages. There is an onsite wine and liquor store (about 10min Gold cart ride). The resort offers Gondola rides (4km long) across the resort. Unit comes with 16 rounds of free Golf and 2 free massages.

  We always have such a wonderful time when visiting Vidanta. The property is beautiful and the rooms at the Grand Luxxe Residences and amenities are absolutely fabulous! The concierge team is so attentive and are so very helpful with everything. We visit several times per year and bring friends and family with us. We have never been disappointed.   The Loft 2 Bedroom Residence at Riviera Maya is luxurious, spacious and airy. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and a two floor atrium-like living room provides a feeling of spaciousness not found in other rooms. You must experience to enjoy, not only the room but also the property.
