Spinnaker at Lake Dillon's beautiful one, two and thee-bedroom condominiums overlook the Lake and are freshly renovated, boasting bold and bright colors, sleek details with a modern edge and just a bit of maritime charm inspired by the lakefront location. In-room amenities include a balcony or deck, cable TV, fireplace, kitchen Facilities and washer and dryer.
Unlike many Colorado destinations, Dillon has clung to a bit of the untamed charm and beauty of the Rocky Mountains. The lake is at the center of it all - with 26 miles of shoreline surrounded by a breathtaking mountainous backdrop, the reservoir is perfect for boating, sailing, walking and picnicking. There are several boat-launch ramps and two marinas where you can rent rigs, and the Dillon Marina even offers a sailing school and charter cruises. Of course, the major ski resorts are also just a drive away, and town shuttle service is available as well!

  It is in the middle of 3 great ski areas. Keystone. Copper Mountain and Breakenridge and very close to Vail and Beavercreek

  Could not ask for a better picturesque central location with free shuttle to nearby Breckenridge at half the cost, this resort is a steal. The accommodations are clean, ample room in condo great bedroom space and living area with balcony overlooking lake and mountains, with a rejuvenating indoor spa area with indoor pool/sauna/hot tub to relax for the next day. The heated garage ensures your vehicle will not be an iceberg and starts without issue protected from the elements during winter. Will revisit at every opportunity *****5***** across the board.

  We really liked this place. The LaZBoy in front of the fireplace was a super surprise. The kitchen was really complete--a slow cooker and an apron hanging on the wall. The indoor pool is the perfect temperature (we're not into "come on in--after 10 minutes you'll think it's warm"). And the hot tub ditto. We also liked the 6 chairs at the dining room table as well as three at the breakfast bar--we had space for our computers and a board game!!! And full size washer and dryer!!!!! We enjoyed the free bus all around the county--and took notes of places to go back to.
