Staff is well trained. Rooms are cleaned every day with turndown service and light cleaning every evening. The Vidanta app will keep you informed of daily activities. Staff is vacinated and wear masks.

Mayan Palace at Nuevo Vallarta lies within the heart of the resort with access to amazing pools. Beach access is close by. The resort features 20+ eateries including fine restaurants featuring Italian, Asian, American and of course Mexican Cuisine. Resort features pre-arranged transportation from PVR airport to the resort.

Named as one of the TOP resorts in the world by Travel and Leisure's World's best resorts, this place had a lot to live up to and boy did it surpass our very high expectations. We were here for 4 weeks and still did not come close to covering all that this resort has to offer. We will be back next year!!!

Vidanta’s Nuevo Vallarta property is amazing. The resort caters to whatever your interests are. Several shops, restaurants, the beach and amusement park. This week Vidanta will host the Mexican Open PGA tour.

We had the most amazing stay at the oceanfront luxury suite in the Mayan Palace, Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the resort and the exceptional service provided by the staff.

Suite Experience: The suite itself was perfect for our family of four. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and our kids loved the sleeper sofa. The private balcony offered breathtaking views of the ocean, and we enjoyed many mornings and evenings just soaking in the scenery.

Resort Highlights: The resort's pools were a hit with our kids, especially the infinity pool with its stunning views. We spent hours lounging by the pool and enjoying the swim-up bar. The private beach access was another highlight – the sand was soft, the water was clear, and it was never too crowded.

Dining at the resort was a treat. We tried several restaurants, and each one offered delicious food and excellent service. The variety of options, from casual to fine dining, ensured that everyone in the family was happy.

Activities & Entertainment: There was never a dull moment at the resort. We participated in various activities organized by the staff, including yoga classes, beach volleyball, and live entertainment in the evenings. The resort also helped us arrange some fantastic excursions, including a boat tour and zip-lining adventure, which were unforgettable.

Location: The resort's location in Nuevo Vallarta is ideal. It’s close to local attractions and shopping centers, and we felt safe exploring the area. The natural beauty surrounding the resort added to the overall experience, making it a true paradise.

Membership includes all 6 locations. The Nuevo Vallarta complex is amazing, right on Banderas Bay with all of the amenities. The weekly usage fee is low ($890) and allows you either to enjoy their many restaurants or explore other venues in town. Great beaches; beautiful jungle complex with many included amenities and activities.

Terrific resort at location of Mexican Open tournament. Nice variety of first-class restaurants. 10 minute shuttle to the course.
