*Closing costs and transfer fees are to be paid by the buyer*

*Buyer to pay maintenance fees for first year of usage*

ADDITIONAL DETAILS FROM THE OWNER: Our reason for buying this timeshare is that the purchase price was much less than most of the rest, with maintenance fees drastically lower than all the rest too. Even though it is a yellow week, it is right on the edge of school vacation in April. We have traveled out of the country & the U.S. easily on exchange for over 20 years. The exchange fee is also much lower than most other properties. With Aruba being our most favorite destination, we traveled there for over 20 years on exchange. We have stayed @ one of the Marriott properties there, as well as, Playa Linda, Aruba Beach Club, Casa del Mar & others whose names I don't have, as their names have changed over the years. If you love to travel, this timeshare will get you there for a low exchange fee.

    West Yarmouth, Massachusetts

Holly Tree is located in the midst of all that Cape Cod has to offer, including ocean beaches, dozens of golf courses, boating, sailing, fishing, island ferries, secluded bike paths, galleries, and fashionable shops. Within minutes of the reort are Cape Cod's quaint picturesque villages such as Hyannis, Flamouth, Chatham, and Provincetown, where you can literally walk through history, enjoying boutiques, gourmet- class dining, and family attractions.

At the Holly Tree you will find a friendly family-style atmosphere and a staff dedicated to making your vacation a memorable one. Relax by the indoor and outdoor pools while the kids splash in the wading pool. Soak in the indoor hot tub, work out in the health center, play in the arcade, rent movies, take advantage of the picnic grounds with BBQs, or play a game of racquetball or squash on one of the courts. In addition, the Holly Tree offers recreational activities for both children and adults. High speed internet access is now available.

This is a vacation destination that families return to year after year.
