Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa Reviews & Ratings

All I can say is "Renter beware". These are not timeshares, just two tiny hotel rooms put together that sleep 3 people max. They are not ocean front. There is no kitchen, just a microwave and mini fridge on a dresser top with a sink in it (which wasn't even hooked up when we were there.) The property has been redone, but we were missing about a dozen things from our room (trashcans, safe not working, no internet hook-up) and we never did get our once weekly maid service, even after asking repeatedly at the front desk. The card keys never worked and had to be changed about 4 times during our stay. Once we waited over a half hour to get them changed because there were so many people having the same problem. This has the potential to be a nice property (when they finally get the bugs worked out) for a couple who want a hotel room with a sitting area, but it's definitely not for someone who is used to timeshare living.

Beautifully renovated, with dark wood, granite, limestone. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Lots of storage. Flat screen TV's. We had a 1 bdrm, 2 bath unit which was enough space for 4 of us (with the use of a roll-away) Beautiful private beach (owners and exchangers get 2 beach chairs and an umbrella).Nice pool with plenty of comfortable loungers.Kitchenette only (coffee maker, fridge, microwave, sink) with dishes etc- worked well for us as we prefer not to cook.The hotel has a VERY good restaurant with great room service at very reasonable prices.Staff all very friendly and helpful. We bought here sight unseen and plan to NEVER exchange, we liked it so much. Location also good- quiet with nearby restaurants, grocery stores, theatre and a golf course next door. Resort has a great new spa, exercise room and a single tennis court. Only reason I give it only 4 stars is because of the lack of a full kitchen, which might be an issue for some.
