Is this resort beach front? If so, is it a nice swimmable beach?

The A building faces the ocean and is set back from the beach as thereare public tennis courts and a park area.

While not located directly on the beach, Maui Schooner borders WaipuilaniPark, which includes a beach where swimming is permitted.
