A well run resort, this unit sleeps 4, one king size bed and a queen sofa bed. Layout: bedroom, full kitchen, living room, full bathroom, fireplace, private balcony, microwave dvd player and free Wi-Fi. Other resort amenities: 2 indoor pools, ski storage, fitness center w/sauna, game room, business center, laundry facilities, vending machines and free parking. Saturday check-in and check-out. 3-minute drive to Loon Mountain Ski Resort and there are over 15 other ski resorts in the area. Other winter activities include: snow shoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, sledding and snowmobiling.

A Perfect Getaway in the White Mountains!

We had an amazing stay at The Village of Loon Mountain Resort! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect — right across from Loon Mountain, with stunning views and easy access to hiking, skiing, and all the outdoor adventures the White Mountains have to offer.

The condo was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen, cozy fireplace, and comfortable beds. It felt like a true home away from home. The resort amenities were a huge bonus — indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and even tennis courts. It’s family-friendly too, which was great for us traveling with kids.

Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with local recommendations and quick to respond to any questions. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful surroundings, and the proximity to downtown Lincoln, where there are great restaurants and shops.

We’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend The Village of Loon Mountain Resort for couples, families, or anyone looking to enjoy the best of New Hampshire’s mountains!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning mountain timeshare in New Hampshire, and it exceeded all my expectations! The location is absolutely gorgeous, nestled in the heart of the mountains with breathtaking views all around.

The property offers an array of fantastic amenities, including both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, a game room, and a well-equipped workout facility. There's something for everyone to enjoy, whether you're looking to relax or stay active.

One of the best parts is how close it is to everything in town. We found some amazing restaurants just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals without any hassle.

The condo unit itself is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need to feel right at home. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for family or friends to join you. We truly felt like we had our own little home away from home.

Overall, I highly recommend this timeshare for anyone looking for a perfect mountain getaway. We can't wait to come back!

Note that the legal description of the unit week is 8A but this was before standardization. It should be weak 9 if compared with other listings. It is a great resort across from Loon mountain with shuttle service, however we choose to commute 15 minutes to State of NH ski mountain - Cannon Mountsin. There are other ski mountains within short driving distance. The staff at Billage of Loon is very friendly and helpful. We bought it as a sleeps 8 2 BR loft but that may have changed to sleep 6.

Ski week for sale! Owned for 48 years, deeded week. Buy before October 21 and get a bonus week immediately in November, then also use your week in January!

My young adult children still talk with exvcitement about their wonderful memories while growing up and vacationing each winter at this amazing resort.

We have owned a townhouse at Village of Loon Mountain for almost 20 years and we love it! This place has easy access to all of the skiing areas in New Hampshire. The place is very spacious and always very clean. The amenities are ideal and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful.

We have owned for 10 yrs. Always clean, spacious, comfortable, full kitchen, awesome pools, indoor and outdoor. Very friendly staff, helpful with any questions. So much to do at this resort. And of course the area , White Mountain Region is beautiful. So many hiking trails and places to go with the family. Perfect place to be for relaxing , hiking, playing. IT's all there!

We own at VOL our selves, we started out by a friend giving us his week several yrs ago, & since then bought it & have been going for 10 yrs now, we go every year & love the views, the area, and the people there. I always have a lrg spacious 2 bdrm w/loft and a large goup of family & friends come to visit. Love the full kitchen & amenities that come with our unit. Pools, talk about pools, too many to count, (although I love the river even more). A nice picnic & day at the river w/ tubes & friends. Everything you need from a nice deli w/fresh cut meats over in N.Wdstock or the local grocery store. Lots of camping & nature so close by. Can't be a nicer area to go to. May of 08 & i still love it there,,,,

wonderful resort next to a great little town, Lincoln NH is like being in the Alps without flying overseas. The location is about 2 hours from Boston, leave early morning, do the city and sleep in your condo at night.

These townhouses are some of the best in the industry. They have all been done over and look it. I love the idea of having a full kitchen. This gives me the choice of eating in or going out. It could save a bundle with a large group. There is plenty to do not only at the resort but also nearby. In the Winter there is a bus that takes you to the Ski slopes just accross the Scenic Kanc highway. We just got back from sking and it was some of the best.

Very nice complex right across from one of the best ski areas around the hortheast.

We've stayed at Loon Mtn condos a number of times. Always had a clean, spacious unit with a great view of Loon Mtn. Good service. Beautiful ride on the Kangamangus Highway to area attractions. On site restaurant was closed.

We have owned VLM since 1976 and have used it to stay at and trade as well. Nicely situated across from Loon Mt and easy access from Boston straight up Rt 93. Nice amenities on and off site. Lots of restaurants near by and attractions to check out. This is a well done resort.
