Truly a home away from home, except, more LUXURIOUS. Check out the beautiful pool area and ocean front 2nd floor balcony. New carpet and paint throughout each of the 80 units, plus other improvements to each room. FREE boats, plus amazing other amenities, including resurfaced tennis courts and 2 pickleball courts, bocci ball, etc etc! And the most friendly, caring staff!

Great value on the beautiful beach with all of the toys free to use. Catamaran sailboats, kayaks, and stand up paddleboards!

First of all...this is not a resort. This is two 40 year old condo buildings sold as fractional ownership. There is no restaurant on property, no spa, no concierge.

With that said, it is kept in remarkably great condition for a property this old. The funishings are clearly updated regularly as there was little sign of wear. The kitchen has appliances on par with my kitchen at home and plenty of cookware.

The pool area is small but well kept. The deep end of the pool is 8 feet, a throwback to a different time when this place was built. The beach is very nice with umbrellas and chairs for rent.

The units with low numbers (eg 101, 102...) are in the building by the pool and the higher numbers are in the building closer to the beach. The first floor is labeled as "Ground", so the 100 level condos are actually on the second floor. We were on the 300 level (4th floor) in the building by the pool and our view of the beach was still great.

My biggest complaint is the maintenance staff does not arrive early enough...so they were adding pool chemicals to the pool with guests already using it. Its a small thing, but something the companies who make the chemicals say you should never do.

Tennis, pickle ball, bocce, loaner bikes are all free. Overall a great place.

This is a fabulous resort for your family. They even have camp for the children with wonderful amenities, pickle ball, tennis, fitness center, catamaran, and bicycles barbecues, everything you could want for your vacation. Sleeps six living room, dining room kitchen patio, two bedrooms, two bath washer dryer.

Great location beautiful beaches and sunsets!

We have been owners here for many years. The resort just gets better and better! Our kids and grandkids love to come here and take advantage of everything the resort has to offer. In addition we love Marco Island. It is such a beautiful, safe and family friendly vacation spot.

We love our January week at Charter Club! Its great to escape the cold Northeast for sunny and warm Marco Island. We have been owners at Charter Club since 2016. The resort staff love this property and it shows with the cleanliness and upkeep. We are unable to go in 2025 and hope someone can enjoy the week.

Gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bath units right on Tiger Tail Beach. Large pools for swimming, tennis, bikes, kayaks, Hobbie Cats,, paddle boards and more all available for free. Best location in Marco!

Home away from Home. Stay at this beautifully updated waterfront Property. Amenities included are a Pool, Hot Tub, BBQs, Full Kitchens, Tennis, Pickleball, kayaking, paddle board and Hobe Sailing, weight room, ping pong, and bikes. We love staying here.

This is an outstanding time share on Marco Island. It is extremely well maintained and always updating the units. The staff is very cordial and helpful. A beautiful beach with fun shelling and swimming. It is close by many restaurants as well as shopping.

My family has been coming to this resort for years. It is soo relaxing and family friendly. Can't be beat on Marco!
