We are owners of several weeks for 40 years Love our home resort!

This is our favorite timeshare to go to in the winter! It has everything, and more, that we would want on vacation. Love the water sports, boating, paddle boards! Shells galore! Tennis and pickle ball. Fantastic staff. Our unit, 201 is a corner unit with lots of light and gorgeous views.

The Charter Club is beachfront/oceanfront, private yet conveniently located to great dining (indoors and outdoors), stores, other resorts and entertainment, all in walking distance. Marco Beach is remarkable in its size, cleanliness and beauty, not to mention the calm, shallow, warm, clear and colorful gulf coast waters, with shells, dolphins and as much or little activity as you desire. We have been the owner at The Charter Club Of Marco Beach since 1987. We love it! The reason we are renting is at 80 years old we no longer travel each year.

The management is wonderful to deal with. The units are immaculate, large and updated. The living room and one bedroom opens onto the terrace which looks directly onto the beach and the gulf. We are also offering the timeshare for sale in another listing on RedWeek.

Great location but the building is starting to show her age. We were in a unit with a remodeled kitchen, which was quite nice - except they didn't update the old stove or refrigerator. Most of the doors should be replaced as they have been painted over numerous times and the hinges are quite rusty. Master bath needs the grout to be cleaned more thoroughly. Not quite up to Hilton standards.
