If I rent two or three weeks from separate parties can the resort give me the same unit for that stay/

I was an owner there and the rooms are fixed weeks.

If the owners do not have a fixed unit, you can call the resort to request it and they will usually try their best to make it happen, but it can't be guaranteed.
