We're considering a rental here in March 2020. However I've seen warnings about heavy construction in the area. I emailed the resort about it but haven't received a response as yet. Can any of you owners or guests offer some insight?

I was there for new years construction on adjacent property had zero effect. I highly recommend going in March.

I was just there in March of 2021 and there is construction but it was not noisy and seemed to be going at a slow pace. I would not let it interfer with your vacation plans.
