Marriott Newport Coast Villas. 2 BR, 2 Ba unit with a kitchen / living room space and balcony. Sleeps 6 and up to 8. Week of August 31(Sunday) to September 7 (Sunday) which includes Labor Day weekend. $3150 for the week.

Marriott's Newport Coast is a fabulous family friendly resort. There is lots to do on-site including several pools and a golf course. "Off campus", the location is ideal for exploring Newport Beach, has easy access to Pacific beaches, Disneyland, etc. Disneyland is about 23 miles/ 30 minutes away. UC Irvine is 6 miles / 15 minutes away. Late August, early September weather is typically great.

Our happy place! We've been coming to Newport Coast Villas for over 2 decades, and it is still our favorite vacation spot for our family. It's comfortable, clean, and spacious for a family. We love sitting on the deck enjoying breakfast with an ocean view, Crystal Cove beach, and Shake Shack. It is a short drive to an amazing day at Disneyland! So much to do on and off the property.

Great location, shuttle to the beach near crystal cove, short drive to Disneyland, easy access to fantastic coastal towns like Laguna (if you like Art) or South Coast Plaza if you enjoy high end shopping.

I love this resort. So many amenities. Ocean views are incredible throughout the resort. The ocean is a place to unwind and relax. The staff is top notch as well as the cleanliness of the resort and condo. The swimming pool is next level as well as the resort activities!! Fun for the kids and the entire family!

Excellent Location. Spacious accommodations. Lots to do including shopping, golf, ocean activities, bike riding on Balboa Island, Angels Stadium, arts and boutiques at Laguna Beach and Corona Del Mar, Fashion Island .....

Beautiful location in Newport, California overlooking Pelican Hill Golf Club! The villas are very spacious with spectacular resort amenities, especially the pool! This location is very family friendly. Definitely a memorable visit!

We stay here often as we own 5 weeks here. So much nearby that the location is difficult to beat. Views Vary, but with our status being the top level and owning 5 weeks at this location, we've always had a great view.

My family and I love Newport Coast. We’ve spent our last 15 years spending Christmas at the resort. The only reason we’re not staying this year is because we’ll be attending a wedding in Hawaii. The location is ideal for all types of interest and the California weather makes it quite enjoyable. The staff is great and there are many activities onsite for young and old alike.

The view is breathtaking and it includes seeing the ships in the ocean and koi ponds. The activities are plentiful. The rooms are fully equipped including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, balcony or patio. The floorplan is very convenient. There are barbecues nearby. The ocean is within 5 minutes by car to go to Crystal Cove. Laguna Beach with the beach, the Sawdust Festival and the Pageant of the Masters are within 15 minutes. There is a marketplace with a Starbucks on campus as well as a dining facility by the pool. It is close by to Pavillion's, Gelson's, and Trader Joe's Markets all within 5 minutes. Disneyland, Lego Land and San Diego are within one hour's drive. There is a whale watching cruise in Dana Point. There is a cruise around Newport Beach and Balboa Island near to where celebrities reside. The shopping center with major stores, Carona del Mar with Sherman Gardens that has lovely gardens and a bistro, and Rosie's Bakery are within 10 to 20 minutes from the campus. Don't miss Zov's, a Greek restaurant in the Pavillion's shopping center.

One of the best places I've ever stayed. A little slice of Italy on the California coast. Tons of great restaurants nearby and Disneyland too!

The most beautiful view from your villa overlooking the ocean and just a few minutes from the beach. Located minutes away from Laguna Beach, Balboa Island, Fashion Island shopping center, Huntington Beach and the historic Crystal Cove. So much to do and places to eat, a week is not truly enough time!!! The resort has multiple pools, hot tubs, bbq areas, fire pits and the morning water aerobics classes are great!!

Beautiful resort, spacious accommodation, located minutes from the Crystal Cove Beach and a short drive to magical Laguna Beach. Very close to many wonderful dining and shopping opportunities in Fashion Island in luxurious Newport Beach, California.

Excellent location close to beaches, both downtown corona del mar and laguna beach minutes away. Shuttle available to beach or can walk. Awesome views and close to amenities.

This resort has been a family favorite for years! With this week being booked to match the Fall Break, come visit the beaches of California without all of the Summertime crowds. Warm sunny days and perfect cool nights, it’s also a great time to visit Disneyland while it’s decorated for Halloween.
