This is my home property & my favorite. Ocean views around every corner, a shuttle services to the beach, three resort style pools, resort activities throughout the week. A two bedroom villa, equipped with a large porch, full kitchen & can comfortably sleep 6, outdoor BBQ areas and driving distance to well known California tourist areas like Disneyland.
Our family has been coming to Newport Coast for 20 years now. Now our grown daughter's have purchased a week there too and return every year. Our family has grown to 10 grandchildren. We can't wait to go again this summer. The resort is beautiful. Lots of kid activities. Gorgeous grounds. The pools are amazing!

You will love this place!! It is magical at sunset!! The architecture is beautiful. It’s like a secluded Mediterranean village. The views are stunning!! It is one of the prettiest Marriott Vacation Clubs that you will find!!!
Of all the timeshares I have stayed in, this one is by far the best. Beautifully maintained, easy access to the beach, impeccable landscaping, gorgeous pool area, great food, wonderful spa and workout room. Delightful location. Highly recommend!
We have been owners for 23 years. This place continues to go downhill and the fees go up and up. Our shabby unremodeled unit has a broken dishwasher, loose handles on the faucets, mildewed shower tile, and loose fixtures on the walls. It is absolutely not to the Marriott standard anymore. And all this for $2K per year maintenance fee. There is no noticeable pool drink service. You go stand in line for 10 minutes at the pool bar and try and get a drink or a snack. In the old days, they had several servers bringing you drinks and food at your lounge chairs. The pool deck is worn and peeling and badly in need of repair. We are really disappointed and thinking of just selling our week (although you can see it's not really worth much, maybe $3 - $4K only for "medium" season). There were some bright spots in our stay. Front desk and bellhops were super nice and helpful.
One last criticism. From the room, dial "at your service" and see that you are put on hold for 10 minutes. Really sad.
Exceptional 2 Bedroom Villa in one of Marriotts most sought after resorts at peak season. Not available on Marriott Bonvoy since it’s sold out. Spacious 2 bdrm 2 bath unit sleeps uptown 8.
The view of the ocean from the main outdoor pool is stunning! The villas are spacious and tastefully decorated.
