Deer Park Reviews & Ratings

Stayed here in a private "exchange" to ski for a few days. Many places here are apparently full ownership condos, but a few buildings are timeshares. Office / activity building has an indoor pool and a small, adjoining uncomfortable concrete hot tub with numerous tiles missing from the sidewalls. Our provided ski locker keys did not work, but maintenance folks couldn't be bothered to actually fix the problem (no big deal, really --- we had a locking ski carrier on the car). Very "lightweight" construction of the building we were in meant that noise was transmitted very easily (and quite loudly) through very thin walls and ceilings. The gas fireplace in the unit was a very nice touch. The facility location provides easy access to Loon Mountain. Lincoln is a nice little town with a few nice shops and restaurants. This place was fine for a one time exchange, but certainly nothing special.

My daughter just came back from Deer Park. She's an experienced timesharer and said that I could rate this resort a 5 star!

She said that the rooms were big, clean and modern and there were plenty of outdoor activities to do on her October visit.

The pictures she showed me certainly looked to be Gold Crown quality.

I wish I could have gone with her, the place looks really nice.

I own a Quarterly unit here 13 weeks a year. week#C of every month and love it everthing is here to do that you could dream of ski,snowmobiling,tubing,fish,hike,nuture, waterfalls, wild life,moose. gods country ect. summer is great to play here to do like fish/boat lakes.river on property and 5 acre pond on site that you can fish. fall is wonderful time too, with the fall colors on the trees. don't forget the " TAX FREE SHOPPING "
