Near the top of the Boardwalk and across the street from the beach, this place has great views of the Bay! Wait until the sun goes down and fills up the unit.

Great place very close to just about anything and everything A short walk of a block or so and you are at the beach.The units all have a great view of the bay.We were so impressed that we purchased another week.

Don't even consider this place! How this was rated a 4 star amazes me. We took one look and left. No way I was going to stay here. It really didn't even look safe.

Love Ocean City, wow what a location, great for families!

Purchased 2 bedroom unit, week 35 (Labor Day), this was our first year to use it. The family enjoyed the many activities, and mostly all within walking distance. This is a bayfront timeshare. The waterview waking up is BEAUTIFUL, as well as SUNSETS sitting on your deck. The location is 4-5 blocks from the beach, you need to cross over Costal HWY. Families with young children could find this a problem. No TV in MB, unit was older but clean. Great for all, you have full kitchen w/washer/dryer in unit and indoor pool. Luggage carts available &/elevators. Checkin/out offsite. No Timeshare in OC are "Disney" quality, they keep Maint. fees low,and offer FUN and Relaxation for you and your family. Already looking forward to next year. Golfers, Stop in at the Convention Center, 40th St for discounts, husband found great rates. PS, sons age 19 & 21 enjoyed the race track next door at Jolly Rogers, still kids at heart.
