This center of everything resort with everything on Pensacola Beach offers a thrilling and relaxing Fourth of July Beach week. Our resort is always 100% filled with owners of week 26 or individuals they have rented to. There is no way to find an accommodation at this resort during this timeframe other than through an owner listing.

The resort has been completely renovated inside and out after the hurricanes. (No more rustic, out of sync with the beach environment look.) You can walk to the "heart" of Pensacola Beach shopping and dining. The units are very tastefully decorated. We were so pleased with our stay that we bought a week!

COmpletely refurbished and rebuilt after the Hurricanes. Absolutely beautiful. Pool, Hot tub , Outdoor Grills and Beautiful Ocean and soundside views.

Only timeshare in the area. Really close to the main beach access road, although you needed to drive to the beach (safer). Pensacola beaches have the best sand in the US, so inconvenience was worth it. Not many planned activities on site, guess they thought with the beach nearby, why bother.

Unit decently maintained but the decor was a bit jarring- it had a rustic, in-the-woods decor that just didn't fit with the FL beach scene. Nice outdoor pool.

Worth visiting

Been vacationing here for 40 years, great location, heated pool, great hot tub, tennis, screen porches. Backs up to the bay, with pier for fishing. Just across the street from the beach. Has everything you need for worry free holdiay week in a beautiful beach town,
