We stayed at this resort twice and enjoyed
that it was less crowded (quiet area) than the
rest of the Texas coast. Still it was central to
north Padre Island and other more populated
areas if you desire a daytrip. Two miles down
and towards the bay offered public access to
great shoreline fishing. Redfish abound
there. Pristine beaches and clean natural
dunes- lovely. Sunsets into our Bayside facing
unit were great. The unit was slightly "tired"
but the private hottub in each unit made up
for it. Just close your eyes, relax indoors and
out- you have arrived in heaven.
