This has been a favorite for our family for years. The location is excellent. The weather of the North Shore is perfect. We love the easy access to many great options for good food and fun outdoor activities. Always a great stay here. Unfortunately we cannot use it this year because we are welcoming a new baby soon!

There is a very good reason that the Cliffs Club is rated a Gold Crown through RCI and 5 Stars with Interval International. It's just that nice. We have owned for many years and had traded through both RCI and II prior to owning. The ocean breezes are delightful, and we have never found the lack of air conditioning to be a problem. We are generally there in January, February, March, or April however, so we can't speak for the summer months. The Robert Trent Jones Princeville Golf course is adjacent to the property, as well as the gorgeous NaPali coastline with its beautiful white sandy beaches and hiking trails up and down the ocean cliffs. The helicopter flights over Kauai's mountainous terrain and waterfalls are unsurpassed. The Fern Grotto is beautiful as well. A great resort.

Beautiful location in Princeville northern part of Kauai island. The Cliffs is a full service resort with lots of great activities and amenities to enjoy, Units are well maintained and very comfortable.

It is a great resort with all the all the amenities such as pool, hot tub, fitness room, pickleball, tennis, food trucks and a great staff. It is close to restaurants, grocery store, golf course & nearby beaches.

The resort is beautiful great views of the ocean, with a golf course near by. Good restaurants and shopping near by. You will need a vehicle, but a very pleasant drive from the airport to the resort.

This resort is a wonderful retreat in beautiful Princeville, Kaui Hawaii. Many beaches close by. Beautiful ocean view. Tennis courts, nice pool and jacuzzi. BBQ's

Wonderful boutique resort on a cliff top overlooking the ocean. I have spent many hours watching for whales here. Short drive from beautiful beaches such as Anini, Hanalei, and tunnels.

Cliffs is a premier award winning resort that is known for it eco friendly units and grounds. There is no air-conditioning but you won't need it. The evening breeze slide down the mountains and into your unit. This unit is one of two units that are the closest to the ocean with a full ocean view and two balconies.

Unit 6204 is perfect for extended family and friends or 2 families with children vacationing together. Four bedrooms with 4 bathrooms (2ensuite king bedrooms) allow for plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful unobstructed ocean view off your covered lanai is great for dining, whale watching, or happy hour. Hard to find this much space (2000 sf) at a great resort anywhere else on Kauai. A great value.

We last stayed at the Cliffs Club a few years ago and were very happy with the peaceful atmosphere, the amenities, the staff and the unit. Since then, several upgrades have been made.

We plan on staying there in another unit we have in the near future. The tranquility is heavenly.
