This is one of the premiere resorts in Kauai. It is on the north shore within Princeville. The resort is located on cliffs overlooking the Pacific ocean with great views of the sunsets. It has two pools, pickle ball and tennis courts, fitness center, putting green, bicycles and other amenities.

Beautiful grounds, superb staff. Lots of activities on this part of the Island. We return yearly and always discover new things to do, fun local places to eat and hike. Very comfortable condo units that are well kept and very functional.

The Cliffs at Princeville is a magical place on the north shore of Kauai. This 4 bedroom/4 bath condo with ocean views is fully equipped for your vacation and the staff are welcoming and available to assist with reservations or fun things to do. Resort has tennis, pickle ball, pool, 2 hot tubs, kids playground, basketball,, fitness center, mini putting green, outdoor BBQ grills and an amazing grass area with chairs to watch spectacular sunsets! They also offer on site activities and bike rentals.

The Cliffs at Princeville is our go-to for annual family trips! I love the peaceful, laid back atmosphere. It always feels like there are barely any people there even during peak season, just due to the spaciousness of the grounds and the feeling of having your own condo vacation home. Highly recommend for your next trip!

We love this resort and will definitely stay here again. We have stayed here twice, and both happened to be in building 6 which has a beautiful view of the ocean. In the morning and evenings, we would sit in the chairs at the cliffs and watch the colours change in the sky for sunrise and sunset.

If you like nature/birds: there are beautiful nene's that walk around the property, kolea (golden plover) in the winter, and lots of song birds. Also, there is a really nice forest path close by you can walk through in the mornings to hear the bird song. They also have some fruit trees located around the property. I love that it is a smaller quieter complex, and a quick drive to the north shore beaches/farmer's markets.

For those that require air conditioning: these units don't have air conditioning, but we would open the windows at the front and the back and let the breeze flow through along with turning on the ceiling fans. I could be an exception to the rule, but I enjoy a warm room and rarely use air conditioning even if the units have this included.

For those with mobility issues: There are no elevators to the units on the upper floors, so if you are on the second or third floor, it might be challenging with the stairs.

The Cliffs is a top rated resort on the beautiful “Garden Island” Kauai. Princeville/Hanalei is idyllic, with tremendous beaches, tremendous scenery and wonderful restaurants.

A beautiful resort. Close to all activities. Didn't want to go home. I could live there!

The Cliffs is located on the north shore of Kauai on a park like setting overlooking the ocean ideal for watching summer sunsets or winter whale watching. Amenities include swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, gas barbecues and putting green. The Princeville resort community is also home to the beautiful Prince Golf Course, named Number One golf course by Golf Digest and is included in their list of America's 100 Greatest golf courses.

The complete kitchen includes range, refrigerator, disposal, microwave, dishwasher, and a gorgeous view of the Cliffs grounds with a peek at the ocean.

The living room includes comfy chairs, along with TV/VCR/Cable, CD and Stereo. Just the place to relax after a wonderful day in paradise.

The loft bedroom is equipped with two queen beds, a full closet, and plenty of storage space for clothing. The loft also includes desk with phone and WiFi.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, full bath and full closet, and its own private lanai with mountain views.

Enjoy nearby beaches at Anini and Kalihiwai, snorkeling at Tunnels and Queens Bath, kayaking on the Hanalei River. Dine at restaurants in Princeville, Hanalei, and Kilauea. Or just watch the ocean from the Cliffs, overlooking the glorious Pacific.

The Cliffs Club is my home away from home. I've been coming to this resort for 30 years now. My parents bought a timeshare there in 1989 and ever since then I have been going every few years. Now the timeshare is mine and I couldn't be more happy to bring my friends and family to enjoy the magic of Kauai and the beautiful Cliffs Club! I appreciate how they keep up the resort and update it when needed and have added so many fun amenities! The views from our unit are outstanding <3
