I read somewhere this building doesn’t have air conditioning. I can’t imagine that’s true?

True. No air conditioning. Today (9 July 2023) the high temperature isforecast to be 69 degrees. Highest temperature forecast for this summeris 78 degrees in August. The ocean keeps the temperature comfortable yearround. Check it out.
