The only thing good about this place is the location. Across the street from the water. As other reviewer said not a resort. No amenities to speak of. But when you are across the street from the beach in Cape Cod there is not much to complain about. Sheets etc were kind of gross, so bring your own linens. Lets just say its not the Ritz Carlton...more like a Super 8 Motel...clean...somewhat comfortable, a place to sleep and that's about it. There is soooo much to do on the Cape that you should not have to spend much time in your room, and that's a good thing.

Not a full resort, only on-site amenities are a private ocean beach. gas fireplace, outdoor grills, seat swing, & picnic tables on decks. 2- bdrm units are roomy & bright, with an additional loft area and great view. Good location, central to entire cape area.

We have owned our two bedroom unit for well over twenty years and love it. In addition to the two bedrooms, their is a loft with two twin beds. There is a full combination kitchen/living area and unit has two full bathrooms with sinks and bathtubs. Beautiful view of ocean across street with nice beach.

Dennisport has always been an amazing spot. You can go to many other Cape Cod locations from here, including a day trip to Provincetown. The locals are extremely friendly and helpful. The Laughing Cow is within walking distance and includes indoor/outdoor seating and a Happy Hour. The beach is right across the street and has a private area for timeshare owners.

I have owned & used this resort for 25 years, It's in a beautiful location and you have your own private beach. If you like peaceful this is the place for you to consider owning.
