Great facility. My favorite in Mazatlan! Right in the middle of the Golden Zone. Very clean, nice staff that pamper your needs. Good size rooms with water view and large decks. Pillow top mattresses with daily maid service. Wireless Wi-Fi in the rooms. I am going back at Thanksgiving for another week of fun in the sun!

Great location. Best beds in Mazatlan, pillow tops. Management responds very quickly to any concerns. I own at three resorts and Royal Villas staff is the easiest to work with.
