The owner pays the maintenance fee each year. That fee is nearly $2000
for 2026. With the costs of Redweek's services, the owner actually loses
money on this rental. February 14 is peak season, and this rate is a very
good deal.

Typically, maintenance fees are due to the resort every year as part of
the ownership contract.
