What does view varies mean?

Depending on the unit (we have an assigned unit) and the foliage growth(recent storms or trimming) then the view is more or less straightthrough to the ocean. Virgin Grand units are up on the hill and largelyhave ocean view due to the elevation but the trees (filled with iguanas!)can make it somewhat obstructed.

We have an assigned 1 bed two bath with vista views that can vary basedupon foliage growth so many of us say varies even though we have a fixedweek and unit number.

The owner does not have an assigned unit. You can contact the resort torequest a view or room location once the reservation is in your name, butit won't be guaranteed.
