How do I know if the daily parking fee will be waived?

Rent from an owner not a broker. Owner weeks do not pay parking fees, renters do. Parking for owners is covered in the maintenance fees..

Just came back, did exchange through Interval, were no parking fees. Amazing place. Bought 5 nights package so now fee will be $40 per night.

There is no daily parking fee for a car using a timeshare. That is free. One car for one timeshare unit, no fee.

You wont know until you check out and it depends on who is working the front desk and what type of mood they are in. One year we no charge, next year we were charged $240! Best to ask when checking in and get a employee name so that at checkout you can argue a little. We didn't and ended up...

You wont know until you check out and it depends on who is working the front desk and what type of mood they are in. One year we no charge, next year we were charged $240! Best to ask when checking in and get a employee name so that at checkout you can argue a little. We didn't and ended up paying the charge just to leave on-time to catch our flight. Subsequent calls to Marriot CS were worthless.

It would be best to check with the owner you are renting through to see if they have any additional time you may purchase. If not you can check directly with the resort.
