Carmel Hyatt Highland Inn has the stunning view and calming surrounding scenery. The staff there are super helpful. It is one of our most preferred vacation destinations.

Beautiful property with a wonderful view. Fabulous staff and onsite restaurant. Renovated units are gorgeous. One of the best properties in the Hyatt system or any timeshare in my opinion.

My wife and I have been coming to Highlands Inn for more than 20 years. We enjoy coming for the Monterrey Car Week and enjoy the central location whether we're going up to Laguna Seca for the classic car races, or down the coast to visit Big Sur. We own multiple Hyatt timeshares and have always appreciated the high-end amenities and extra space these units give us, while at the same being attached to a Hyatt resort with a world class restaurant and stunning views. Can't say enough about Carmel and the Highlands Inn. It's the only place we come to consistently year after year.

Stayed in Unit 406 for a week in June, 2023. Partial view of the water from living room and bedroom is stunning. Reached via a winding, one vehicle road the check-in location was congested with cars and confusing. Once accomplished we easily found covered parking near our unit. Very clean, roomy, and well furnished with fireplace, tv in living and bedroom, WiFi, functional kitchen, extra large bathroom, with separate shower and toilet area, 2 person jacuzzi tub, plush towels, plush robes and upscale linens on the comfortable king size bed. (FYI: the jacuzzi may need circuit breaker tripped to work). Hot tubs in a few locations, outdoor pool (cold) and fire-pits on property. Firewood provided for fireplace.The grounds are a gardener's paradise. Expensive (for us), but a real treat to stay here and be pampered. The dining room, bar and spa were not used by us as out of our budget. Be mindful of traffic entering and exiting the property.

Note: the heavy sliding doors in units beside and above can be heard at odd hours as the units are not "sound proof".

I love this resort! The units are huge and private. The views from the lodge are amazing! Here you are separated from the hustle and bustle of downtown Carmel. Carmel Valley and its wineries are very close, as is Big Sur and Point Lobos State Park. I never tire of going here!

This Hyatt resort is beautiful well cared for and the location stellar for both natural beauty and proximity to resources and events. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay.

This is a top notch resort in every way, with beautiful ocean views and access to Carmel by the Sea, Monterey, and other beautiful, romantic cities in this area.

Fabulous property with amazing views of Point Lobos and the Carmel coastline. I most enjoy the comfortable rooms with wood fireplaces and the scent of campfire while walking the beautiful grounds.

The Highlands Inn is a beautiful resort in a sublime location overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The Lodge has spectacular views of the ocean and rocks and surf on nearby Point Lobos. It is about 5 minutes into famous Carmel, a picturesque village with five star restaurants and excellent shopping and galleries. The beach is perfect for sunning and swimming. The condo is spacious, comfortable and attractive. All have decks. Many have ocean views. There is a pool and spa etc on site. The Highlands is a perfect vacation choice.

Hyatt Residence Club is a special place with wonderful views. So close to Point Lobos, Big Sur, Carmel, Pacific Grove, and Monterey for sightseeing, shopping, and dining.

Week 32 is the week of the Concours d'Elegance, the famed Old Timer Auto Show at Pebble Beach and Carmel. The Pacific Rim Restaurant at the Highlands Inn is world famous. Automobiles such as Rolls Royce, Ferrari, Lamborghini and Tesla Plaid are common in the parking lot. Unit 444 has a view over Yankee Point and the Ocean. We have owned week 32 since the turn of the century; service, cleanliness, and comfort have always been first class.

A top floor condominium with a breathtaking view of the ocean. It's also quiet and spacious. And August is the perfect time to visit Carmel and stay at the Highlands Inn. Enjoy wine by the outdoor fire pit. Stroll the streets of Carmel and enjoy a delicious dinner. A favorite couples destination.

Hyatt Carmel Highlands is an historic property located on the bluff within sight of Point Lobos. The condos are spacious, quiet, appropriately decorated, and well-equipped for cooking in or just hanging out on the deck and eating at the award-winning Pacific Edge restaurant. The wineries in Carmel Valley are an easy drive, as are the shops and restaurants of Carmel-by-the-Sea. Monterey is only a little further—so much to see and do.

One of the most beautiful resorts in the country, the beauty of the ocean and the CA coastline is majestic, coupled with wonderful shopping and fine dining the experience is unparalleled.

We have been coming to this resort for years. Accommodations, staff, food and the views are all first class.

Carmel Highlands is my husband’s and my favorite vacation spot. We own two of our deeded timeshare weeks here and extend our trips every year with our portfolio points. You can’t beat the views and the wood burning fireplaces. You won’t be disappointed.

Incredible property with incredible views! Within walking distance to some of the most beautiful hiking opportunities in all of California! See otters, seals, birds, whales in their natural habitat. Fantastic restaurant on site. 10 minute drive to downtown Carmel & Monterey . Listen to seals barking from the balcony! Great for a romantic getaway or a family vacation.
