Why do some studios have a queen bed and others say a king?

The lock-outs (studios) associated with the 3 bedrooms have king beds andsleeper sofa. The lock-outs (studios) in the 2 bedrooms have a queen anda sleeper sofa.

The resort has both type of beds in the studio units, so studios willhave either a king bed or a queen bed.

What mattresses do you use? Are they hypoallergenic? I have asthma andthis question is important.
