The timeshare surrounds an amazingly beautiful garden and large palmtrees. The lawn and garden have been there for many years, so it really makes every unit have a quite green view, regardless if you can see the ocean directly or not. The timeshare is on the beach, and members have the ability to use the larger timeshare and its amenities next door. On the other side is the entrance to the Mexican Naval base, and the cruise ship terminal, so it is very quiet.

Bus stop to center of town is just outside the main entrance, and a nice local restaurant and grocery store are close by. Be sure to tip the cleaning ladies during your stay, they will appreciate it.

The beach area is wonderful, somewhat protected for the Pacific and lots of room to play sports on the beach. Conveniently located close to a large market and numerous boating activities - the Pirate Ship was our favorite. The kids area is fantastic, and the activities are fun. The food is very good, especially at the sit down restaurants. The Nightly shows are a bit late, but very entertaining. I highly recommend staying at this resort, and we have returned more than once and will again.

Be ready for timeshare spiels even if you are a owner.

Housekeeping is great, beds were made each day. Refridgerator wasn't keeping things cold, it was fixed within one hour. My wife asked for an iron, we got one the same day.

There was construction every weekday.

This is a great place to go with kids. If you take the all-inclusive, childcare is included, even for infants. The food at the buffet, Italian, and Japanese restuarants was quite good, would not recommend the French. There are areas that are Adults Only, like the jacuzzi pool with swim up bar, so you can find peace and quiet. The beach is nice with water sports available, but you have to contend with the hawkers selling their wares. Town is a 10 minute bus or taxi ride away, and the Malecon[boardwalk] is a must see. You can take the all-inclusive for just 3 days, if you want to try some of the restaurants in town, which I did. My unit was spacious, clean,and the maid service was daily. Internet service was available at the main lobby for5 dollars a half hour. Nightly shows in their niteclub. top shelf alcohol at the beach bar. Weather was always delightful. Grounds well-maintained.

I love it there. It's a great place. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Activities at the one pool are fun. Would recommend it to anyone.

The all incentive is very reasonable and the food is good.

Excellent family location. Food is above average with all inclusive reasonably priced. The beach is active, but quiet. Evenings are delighfully mellow.
