The resort is open and checking in reservations. We were told(less than aweek from going-April26) that only pools and lazy river open foramenities. When we got here only pools were open- t hey had just closedlazy river. A lot of good it did to check ahead! We would have been happywith the pool & lazy river but pool only- might have cancelled...Apparently with low occupancy they decide by the day what they do, whichthey aren't offering much to begin with.

I am happy to know that there are a lot of services that have alreadystarted to be opened. And we can relax at resorts and spa complexes. Butwe should not forget about the need to follow all the rules. Wear masksand keep the distance.

You can bet these places will adhere to the most severe interpretation ofthe "mandates", you will basically have to hide in your room. And don'tcount on Hyatt playing ball and being fair, expect lots of fees.
