Are there any additional fees that need to paid to the hotel? (i.e. tax), If so, do you know how much?

If the timeshare is booked using HRC points, there is no additional feefor reservations of one week. A shorter stay will incur a $39 split weekcharge.

If we are aware of any additional fees the resort charges, thatinformation is included on the posting page for every rental at theresort. Currently the information we have included on the postings forHyatt Coconut Plantation states: "One-time cleaning fee of $60 due atcheck-in."
