Is there a seperate resort fee?

If you want to use the sailing/kayaking/windsurfing/snorkel equipment over at the hotel, you can pay by the hour or by the day. If you don't, there is no fee.

There is a mandatory $200 Rental Fee for all arriving rental guests which is collected at the resort upon check-in.

As of July 15, 2025, the cost of the optional "Beach Package" (which includes all non-motorized beach toys and snorkel gear), is $85 per day and includes everyone staying in the unit. They don't have an hourly rate at this time.
