WorldMark Midway About the Resort

« Back to resort

WorldMark Midway is located in Midway, Utah, a Swiss-themed sleepy little town in Wasatch County, known for its annual Swiss Days Festival. The resort, which resembles a Swiss chalet, sits on the eastern slope of the Wasatch Mountains, just a half-hour drive from two world-class ski resorts and about one hour from Salt Lake City.

There are 12 existing units that belong to the Wintergreen Resort, a traditional fixed week timeshare. TrendWest purchased the remaining four existing units and has constructed an additional 32 units (four buildings), as well as an office/checkin/recreation/pool building.

The resort sits on the Homestead Golf Course and near the Homestead Crater, the only warm water scuba diving destination in the continental US, and Soldier Hollow, home of the cross-country ski events at the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Olympics.
