I've been there several times and it is ALWAYS a great experience. Love the restaurrants--many to choose from. Of course, the lazy river is fantastic. It's great to have so many choices. A-One rating from me.

Love this resort. Been an owner for 14 years and attended as a guest several times years before that. The resort has been upgraded significantly throughout the years. The multiple pools are wonderful, particularly the lazy river. I love renting jet skis on the lake (which includes a beach). Restaurants are all fun, usually with live music, and quality food and drinks. Golf is phenomenal. Grounds are clean and beautiful and the resort is so close to everything Kissimmee and Orlando have to offer, including all the major theme parks (Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World), downtown Orlando, shopping, restaurants and other attraction. Just a super quality resort with great amenities in a great location. Are there downsides ... of course all places have them, but nothing material in my mind. There are some extra fees (e.g., I particularly love renting a cabana by the pool with the waiter/waitress service, but it costs extra). All in all, one of the better timeshare/RCI resorts I have been to, which is why I am an owner :-)

We have owned at Orange Lake Country Club for over 30 years, and it has so amenities that you do not have to leave the resort if you do not want to.

We have vacationed at the Holiday Inn Club Orange Lake since 1986 and still look forward to returning it has been a great place for our family vacations!

My family loves coming to Orange Lake. We have been coming to the resort since 1995. The resort has always been clean, fun, and relaxing. Condo's are spacious. Resort is conveniently located near Disney, shopping, restaurants, and toll road.

Amazing resort with incredible amenities (lazy river, pools, boating, restaurants, golf courses) right near shopping, restaurants and Disney parks! We have been going here for ~15 years and love it.

Orange Lake Resort offers the comfort of a "home away from home", with all the extras. It's tastefully furnished and offers 7 pools, plus waterslides and a world pool, which I absolutely love. The location is conveniently located to just about everything - Walt Disney World Resort, SeaWorld Orlando, shopping outlets and more.

Great place to vacation with family and kids. No need to leave resort as for everything is in premises or nearby. Shopping, dining and so many things to do.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The resort has plenty of activities. The pools are the best part, so many to choose from. It is a short drive to Disney World especially if you the back entrance. I highly recommend Orangelake resort

Orange Lake provides a complete vacation experience. On-site golf, swimming, restaurants, convenience to Orlando theme parks, even a short ride to Kennedy Space Center to name a few. We have spent our entire week at Orange Lake, never left the resort and came home completely refreshed.

Great place to visit and stay with so much to do there. Orange Lake has enough facilities to keep a family happy and busy. It is within a short drive to all the Disney parks, Sea World, and Universal Studios. The unit was well maintained and amply supplied. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this little getaway for relaxation and unwinding or fun entertaining visits to all theme parks nearby.

I am not an owner. I purchased a week off of an owner. The resort was as nice as most that I have stayed at however the amenities were disappointing. They tried to pressure me into a timeshare tour by letting me know that the amenities like the lazy river, putt put, water slide ect... cost a significant(ridiculous in my opinion) amount of money unless I'd do a timeshare tour and then I'd get a major discount. I go on vacation to get away from pressure... After firmly declining several times the guy at the desk gave up. I did get a call the next day from a lady who didn't want to take no for an answer either. I figured we would just use the pool. Little did I know that the pool was a bit of a distance from my condo. They do have a shuttle bus to take you around but I didn't want to get on a shuttle bus wet and wait for it when the temperature wasn't that hot to begin with. Bottom line if you are ok paying a significant price for the amenities and taking a shuttle bus to them then go for it. The resort was conveniently located to Disney. It was clean and was and nice. The kitchen appliances could use some updating though. The oven didn't work when we tried baking in it but the maintenance staff got on it right away and we had a replacement one in about 1.5 hours. Unfortunately it was too late for dinner that night.

As an fixed week owner of a 3 bed /3 bath for over ten years at Orange Lake in the East Village, I can sure say we have enjoyed this property since purchase. Recently upgraded to Holiday Inn Club Vacations to now take advantage of the additional resorts that came online and the flexibility of the points system.

I just returned from staying here at my in- laws timeshare. I was very impressed with the condo, activities, grounds, golf courses and friendly staff. Plenty to do, large resort and lots of fun! *UPDATE* Stayed here again in a 3-bedroom unit in SEPT 2011. WOW! So nice! We loved it and the unit was very impressive. We did smell a slight odor and inquired about it...we were told it comes from Animal Kingdom and cannot be helped. It would come and go. I couldn't smell it inside the unit so it really wasn't too big of a deal.
