Is there a café or little store if you want to get paper or cup of coffee?
No. Though with a twinkle in the eye, one can sort of schlepp into thesales building and grab a pastry or breakfast burrito and cup of joe andsometimes, but not always avoid the sales pitch....lol. Owners only ofcourse and if they like you (like they like me) it will be tolerated. Idont abuse it. OTOH nearby shopping centers Main Street on 278 on HiltonHead Country Club side at entrance, includes excellent cafes and HarrisTeeter grocery and restaurants, and on the other side of 278 is Walmartand Publix Grocery store and some restaurants. Of course there is alwaysMcDonalds and Burger King and Wendy's fastfood for breakfast adjacent toboth sides of 278. I like to buy my groceries (we eat in for breakfastand lunch mostly but eat out for dinner often) and make my breakfast,grab my coffee and walk down to the pier and sit in a rocking chair andenjoy the very quiet morning sun and seabirds and dolphins etc. There were/are rumors that when Sales is done, they will convert thesales building into a restaurant. But I dunno. Its a rumor at best. Thereis NO inventory left at BW. None. So we shall see. They are selling OTHERSpinnaker Resorts. Read more »
