How do you get the week you want? How far in advance can you get the week you want? How much are the maintenance fees for the week? To be clear, an owner is still subject to the resort fees?

Owners do not pay resort fees. If you rent from an owner you do not payresort fees. The only time you pay resort fees ($22 a day) is when youbook a room from the resort or from outside booking agencies, likePriceline.
