A few units list ocean view while others list ocean front. Can you please specify the difference, if any? Do units specify ground level vs. Elevated? Thanks.

From my experience "ocean front" means an unobstructed view of the oceanfrom your unit. "Ocean view" means you can see some part of the ocean butthere are some or a lot of obstructions to your view.
