This resort is located in the middle of the Ocean
Pines community. The duplex townhouse units
surround a Robert Trent designed golf course so
you can sit on your deck and watch the golfers. A
few units are also facing a canal but back up to
the golf course. There are many different
floorplans for the 2 & 3 BR units. Large, full
kitchen, washer/dryer, all units have fireplace, 2
full baths, deck, grill, MBR has queen, other BR
have twins, and sofabeds in LR and lounge. These
units are very large, well maintained, clean and
easily can handle 6/8 people easily. This resort
is very quiet and wooded. Access to OC is 10 mins
away and OP has it's own parking lot at 46th St
with a pool, snack bar and beach access.
Grocery, restaurant, drug store shopping located
in OP and shopping center across the street, as
well as Walmart, and outlet shopping on Rt 50
which is 2 miles. Mgmt is very responsive if
there are any problems. Mgmt office located off
site but across the road fm OP community. The
rent for a weekend or week is very affordable,
especially in the off-season. This is my favorite
location for a quiet, relaxing weekend or vacation.
